Returns & Refunds
Every Terra Sol piece is made to order and printed for you individually. Nothing is pre-made or held in stock. For that reason, and for hygiene reasons that apply to all swimwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size choice, or fit.
Please use the size guide before ordering. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before you buy and we will help.
What we do replace or refund
Your statutory rights are unaffected. We will replace or refund an item, at no cost to you, if:
- it arrives damaged or defective;
- the print is misaligned, faded, or does not match the product images;
- you receive the wrong item or the wrong size from the one you ordered;
- it does not arrive within 30 days of dispatch.
Contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@vertical-ai-b2b-saas.com with your order number and photographs of the problem. We will resolve it by replacement or refund — your choice — and we will not ask you to ship the item back.
EU and UK customers
The 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations does not apply to goods made to your specification or clearly personalised, nor to sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed. Terra Sol swimwear is made to order and falls within both exceptions. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.
Cancelling an order
Production starts quickly. If you need to cancel, email us immediately — if the item has not yet entered production we will cancel and refund in full. Once production has begun we cannot cancel.
