Terms of Sale

These terms govern your purchase from this store. By placing an order you accept them.

The products

All items are made to order. Because each piece is printed individually, slight variation in print position and colour between items is normal and is not a defect. Product images are representative; screen colour rendering varies.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in Israeli New Shekels (ILS) and include no import duties or taxes levied by your destination country. We may correct pricing errors and decline or cancel any order, refunding you in full, including where an item has been listed at a manifestly incorrect price.

Returns

Made-to-order swimwear is not returnable for change of mind or fit. Faulty, damaged, misprinted or incorrect items are replaced or refunded — see our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Care and use

Follow the care instructions on the product page. Damage caused by chlorine, hot tubs, sun cream, abrasive surfaces, tumble drying, or ironing at high heat is not a manufacturing fault.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
