Shipping
We ship worldwide. Orders are produced and dispatched by our print partner.
Production time
Each item is made to order. Production takes 2–7 business days before dispatch. This is in addition to delivery time.
Delivery time and cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Typical delivery after dispatch:
- Israel — 3–7 business days
- United States — 4–8 business days
- Europe — 5–10 business days
- Rest of world — 10–20 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspection, and peak periods can extend them.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside Israel may attract import duties, taxes, or customs handling fees on arrival. These are set by your country, are not included in the price you pay us, and are your responsibility as the importer. We cannot predict or refund them. If a parcel is refused or abandoned at customs, we are not able to refund the order.
Prices and currency
All prices are shown and charged in Israeli New Shekels (ILS). If your card or account is denominated in another currency, your bank sets the conversion rate and may add a foreign transaction fee. Any figure you see quoted in another currency is indicative only.
Wrong address
Please check your delivery address carefully. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we can re-ship it once you have paid the shipping again.
